Delivery, returns and how to reach us.
06Delivery
Delivery is by tracked courier to the countries listed at checkout. The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay and is included in the total. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

05Returns and withdrawal
Products offering engraving let you supply custom text and, where enabled, an uploaded image or font selection ("Submitted Content"). By submitting content you confirm you own the rights to it and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.
Right to refuse. We reserve the right to review, reject or request changes to any Submitted Content prior to production, at our sole discretion — including but not limited to content that is offensive, unlawful, infringing, or technically unprintable within the engraving zone. If we reject your content you will be asked to resubmit, or the order will not proceed until the issue is resolved.
Because engraved products are made to your specification, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to them once a purchase is concluded. Checkout requires a separate acknowledgement before an engraved order can be placed. This does not limit your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods, which are unaffected.
The model withdrawal form — Annex 2 to the Polish Consumer Rights Act — is sent with your order confirmation and is available at any time on request at contact@podd.gg. The form applies to orders covered by the withdrawal right, that is, products without engraving.

Questions
How long does delivery take?
The KeyPODD ships within 7 working days, from Poland. Pre-orders (KeyPODD Duo, KeyPODD Go) are emailed with their ship date.
What does delivery cost?
Checkout shows the delivery price for your country before you pay.
How do I pay?
Online at checkout through Stripe: card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
What are they made of?
A carbon-fibre-reinforced polymer with a matte, finely textured finish. Designed and crafted in Poland.
Will my car key fit the KeyPODD?
Most do. Check your car on the KeyPODD page, or send a photo of your key to contact@podd.gg.
How does KeyPODD protect my car?
KeyPODD is designed to shield your car key’s wireless signal when the key is stored inside. This helps prevent the key from being detected or used in certain types of keyless relay theft.
Do the doors open independently?
Yes. Each door opens on its own, so either key is easy to reach.
Which shade is it?
Carbon Black.
Can I order the Go on its own?
No. The Go is an add-on: a KeyPODD or a KeyPODD Duo has to be in the same order.
Is it a pre-order?
Yes, a paid pre-order. We email you with the ship date.
What fits inside?
King-size rolls sit flush with the rim; slims with room to spare. Wide cones do not fit.
Which shades are there?
Carbon Black, Burgundy and Olive Green. Graphite Grey is sold out for now.
